TOO MUCH GARLIC
This is actually quite horrible.Far too much garlic. I'm afraid mine's going in the bin.

Tasty & Versatile
This is a fairly strong tasting relish with quite large onion pieces but I find it fantastic mixed through good quality mince to make burgers. Also nice on toast, topped with melted cheese!
