Great product but bad packaging
Loved the product but really struggled to get it out of the bottle!
Supplier Response - Many thanks for taking the time to review and share your concerns over the TOMMYGUNS products that you have recently purchased and used. Firstly, we are pleased that you like our products and they give you the results you are looking for. The efficacy of our products is something that we would not wish to compromise on but I can also understand your frustration. However, we take your comment seriously and are concerned that your experience has not been a truly positive one. In the 5 years that TOMMYGUNS Haircare products have been in the market we can honestly say that this is one of a very small number of complaints we have encountered. We do take pride in our products and our formulations are benchmarked against the best in the market. I have discussed this with our manufacturer and will make the necessary adjustment on future productions. In the interim, they have suggested that perhaps by adding a drop or two of water and shaking the bottle that this may help with future dispensing. We appreciate your feedback and again please accept our apologies for the negative effect you have experienced. We can either replace the offending conditioner with one of our other Conditioners or we can offer to send you a replacement Blueberry and Ginseng Conditioner. Great product but poor packaging
The conditioner is great and smells gorgeous but the bottle makes it really difficult to get it out! Even when the bottle is almost full. My mom, an older person cannot squeeze the bottle hard enough to use it!
