Subtle flavour and lovely crumbly texture
I love this cheese - it has a subtle, tangy flavour and a lovely crumbly texture. The rind is my guilty pleasure - my husband has been known to open the packet and wonder out loud who got there first...

This Cheshire cheese makes me purr
This Cheshire cheese is miles from the usual white crumbly tasteless stuff. Its texture is slightly dry, and very dense. It is an appetising light apricot colour and the taste is savoury, balanced and delicious. It is a real after dinner treat which is why I rate it good value for money.
