Made with raw milk.
Complex full flavour, fruity grassy notes, matured in muslin handmade on the farm.
Produced at the Westcombe dairy by Richard and Tom Calver using milk from their own herd of Fresian-Holstein cows which graze on the lush Somerset pastures.
The cheese is handmade and clothbound before maturing for up to 15 months.

Excellent....but not a 5!
This cheese really is delicious BUT not a 5! Lovers of Keens and Quickes cheddar, which are 5's, will enjoy this as the taste is very similar, just not as strong. Love it!

RAW Beautiful flavoured mature cheddar!!!!
Absolutely beautiful, I just wish Ocado would stock some RAW BUTTER, and one day, RAW MILK!!!!!!!! PLEASE!!!!

This is an excellent product, very nutritious, the taste is creamy, salty but at the same time quite mild and pleasant, absolutely happy. And it's raw!!! Already recommended this product to my friend.
