Bitter Aftertaste
I cooked these 2 days after they were delivered and they left a strange bitter unpleasant aftertaste on the back of the tongue. It reminded me of the stuff my mum used to paint on my nails to stop me from biting them! Not pleasant!

Not good
I used these within an hour of delivery and a few of the mange tout were going rotten. This is 3 days before 'Display until' date.

Lovely
If you lightly cook these they are crisp and sweet but if you over cook them they turn into silk in the mouth, delicious either way. As someone who hates broad beans etc and finds their texture coarse in the mouth, I love these mange tout.
