3 tablespoons = 1 medium whole egg.

Great idea
Excellent for recipes where you need lots of egg whites but have no use for the yolks which would otherwise go to waste. Any leftovers I add to omelette or scrambled eggs for a lighter option.

Brilliant!
So convenient, and saves the worry of what to do with discarded yolks. There are only so many extra yolks my boyfriend wants in his omelette! A great product, I'll be adding this to my favourites.

Thank goodness for this product
This s a fantastic product just because you want to eat healthy why should you buy eggs and then waste them. This takes out all the guilt, mess and waste out of egg whites and can eve be frozen, so in my opinion stock up and never run out of an excuse to eat healthy. x
