Keep refrigerated below 5ºC.
Can be frozen on day of purchase for up to two years.
Defrost in the refrigerator and use within 24 hours.

Freezing will cause whisking property to be lost.
Prepare & Use
Shake well before use.
3 tablespoons = 1 medium whole egg.
2 tablespoons = 1 egg white
Liquid egg white can be used in any way that you currently eat eggs:
· To make omelettes or scrambled eggs.
· For French toast.
· In quiches, pies and meatloaves.
· For batters and coatings in baking or frying.
· In salads - cooked and sliced.

so handy,either for healthy or indulgent!
Yesterday, I made 2 pavlovas and a batch of lemon meringue cupcakes. So fast and easy, as I dont have to take the time to separate the eggs, and worry about getting yolk in the mix. And next week, I might have to use the eggwhites to make low-fat diet food!

A previous reviewer pondered the fate of the discarded yolks. I have checked on the two chicks website and indeed, they are sent to other manufacturers for use in cake making and mayonnaise production.

Brilliant
Makes making egg white omelettes etc SO easy. In response to the yolks questions below, I found this on their website.. The eggs are separated at a large plant by machinery. We use the whites, and the yolks go to different manufacturers to be used in cakes or mayonnaise, for example.
