Uncle Ben's® have gently steamed this Basmati rice in a microwaveable pouch for maximum freshness and flavour. Uncle Ben's® Express rice - easy to open, quick to cook, great tasting and no washing up!

Storage

Store in a cool dry place. Once opened refrigerate unheated rice for up to 3 days.

Prepare & Use

Microwave:
1. Squeeze the pouch to seperate the rice
2. Tear a 2cm opening to vent
3. Heat for 2 mins. at 700 W

For pan:
Boil 30ml of water. Add contents of pouch, cover and simmer for 3 mins

Quick standby

This is always handy to have in the cupboard for a very speedy meal. My son loves this rice - almost prefers it to regularly cooked Basmati rice.
