for maximum freshness and flavour. Uncle ben's® express rice is easy
to open, quick to cook, great tasting and no washing up.

Store in a cool dry place
Once opened refrigerate unheated rice for up to 3 days.

Prepare & Use

To microwave
Squeeze the pouch to separate the rice
Tear a 2cm opening to vent
Heat on full power (700W) for 2 minutes
Microwave ovens vary, for different powered models, adjust heating
time according to manufacturer's instructions
Care should be taken when handling & opening the
heated pouch Cooking instructions for pans
Bring 30ml (2tbsp) of water to the boil in a saucepan. Add contents
of pouch, cover and simmer for about 3 minutes, until water is
absorbed. Fluff with a fork and serve.

Quick and tasty!

For a microwaveable rice this is fine - easy to cook, not burning hot when you take the packet out, and tasty. No complaints.

Lovely

I love this rice, I have this with curry and even as a quick meal on its own if I'm not feeling very hungry. Delicious! Also great value.
