Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 2 days.
Prepare & Use
Do not reheat once cooked.
Oven Cook
Pre-heat oven to 180ºC, Fan 160ºC, Gas mark 4.
Remove sleeve and film lid. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of oven. Cook for 18 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir before serving.
Microwave
B/650W: 2 mins 30 secs
D/750W: 2 mins
E/850W: 1 min 30 secs
Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place on a non-metallic plate. Stir after cooking. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.

Prepared with 155g of Pork per 100g of product. Moisture is lost during curing and maturation.
Mojo Sauce contains: Red Peppers (27%), Tomatoes, Olive Oil, Garlic Puree (Contains Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid), White Wine Vinegar, Onions, Sun-Dried Tomatoes (contains Preservative: Sodium Metabisulphite), Red Wine Vinegar, Red Chilli Peppers, Salt, Cumin, Smoked Paprika, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid.
