Keep refrigerated below 5ºC. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 2 days.
Prepare & Use
Cooking Instructions:
Oven: Preheat oven 190ºC / Gas Mark 5. Remove all packaging. Place on baking tray in centre of oven for 15 minutes. Turn Chorizo halfway through cooking. Once cooked, allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
Caution: Hot oil may be released when product is pierced.

Great chorizo
Free from all the nasty gristle that can be found in some chorizo. Not too spicy and enjoyed by my toddler too!

Lovely flavour, good texture
These little chorizo sausages have bags of authentic flavour, and unlike many larger sausages, these do not have lots of chewy sinew and gristle, a very pleasant texture. Excellent sliced up in pasta with some herbs and a dash of white wine and some cream.
