Sweet & delicious

I love the flavour of this, it has an inherent sweetness that offsets the meaty flavours pefectly and means it's delicious just on its own. It is a little moist but I don't mind that. It's true it is fiendishly difficult to separate into slices but again I don't mind that. I haven't found it too salty at all, in fact I eat it with a salty cheese.

Caked with salt

I found this to be extremely salty and too dry. I agree with previous review which says it should be used as part of a recipe rather then eaten on its own. Will switch back to previous brand. Whilst a little more expensive, it is at least edible.
