Not good for icing

I couldn't figure out why my icing was turning out so badly, then realised it was the butter. I also find it too hard to spread. We used this for months as it is really good value, but now we have changed brands.

Best. Butter. Ever.

I attended a Waitrose cooking class and we used this butter. It's unlike any other butter I've tasted. I usually use the unsalted butter for baking but found I was using this more for other dishes because its so tasty, creamy and... buttery!

How do they do it?

I've only just discovered this butter - we usually buy Lurpak Slightly Salted. Despite not being salted, this butter knocks it out of the park. I have never tasted a butter that is more buttery. The proof is in the fact that I have logged in specifically to review this butter. I don't know what's come over me.
