Didn't leave mush room left for pudding...
Really tasty, a little goes a long way. I cooked a Heston Macaroni dish with this instead of truffle oil, and it was fragrant and really strong in flavour. When I cook with this I am a fungi to be around!

Great product in a small market
It is very tough to find quality truffle ingredients for general cooking use - this paste is pungent, delicious and versatile, although perhaps lacks a subtle depth to it. Reasonable price, happy repeat buyer.

Love this paste to give a good flavour to fresh pasta. More mushroomy than truffley, but does have a nice richness to it
