Prepare & Use
Madras prawns
Serves 4
In a bowl, mix together 450g raw tiger prawns, 2 tbsp Veeraswamy Hot Madras Curry Paste and 1 tsp Bart Ginger in Sunflower Oil. Set aside for 10 minutes. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large frying pan. Add the prawn mixture and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until the prawns turn pink. Stir in 1 carton Bart Coconut Cream and 2 chopped tomatoes. Bring to the boil and simmer for 2 minutes. Season and stir in 3 tsp Bart Coriander in Sunflower Oil. Serve with rice.

Fabulous and nut free!
With two nut allergic children it is almost impossible to find nut free curry paste - thank you so much. Delicious too!

almost as good as home blended
I always favoured Pataks but then they changed the recipie so it wasnt so tasty this is the next best thing to home made paste try it you will be surprised

Really lovely fresh taste
Added fresh onions, couple of tomatoes and some coconut milk to diced lamb. Absolutely delicious. I almost didn't try this as I am always disappointed by cooking sauces/pastes, but would definitely buy again.
