Precautions
Follow the directions for use and precautions indicated on the leaflet inside the pack.
Designed for use on legs, arms, underarms & bikini line, but not suitable for use on the face, head, breast, perianal or genital areas or on any other body parts.
Do not use on varicose veins, scars, moles, broken, irritated, sunburnt skin, or on skin that has reacted badly to waxes in the past.
Check with your doctor before using if you are on any medication which can affect the skin or if you suffer from any skin related disorder.
Waxing is not suitable for the elderly and diabetics or people taking oral retinoids.
If you have not waxed before we recommend starting by removing hair from the legs. Only when you have experience then progress to the sensitive areas of underarm and bikini line. We recommend not to wax the same area of skin twice during a waxing session.
After waxing we recommend waiting 24 hours before using antiperspirant, any other perfumed product, using artificial tanning equipment, sunbathing or swimming.
Before every use, test the wax for warmth and reaction by applying and removing the wax to a small part of the area you wish to depilate, following the directions for use. If after 24 hours there is no adverse reaction, begin waxing.
Keep out of reach of children. In case of ingestion, consult a doctor immediately and show the outer pack.
If you experience any stinging or tingling when waxing, remove the wax immediately with the wipes or with the back of a used strip and rinse thoroughly with water. If the sensation persists, seek medical advice.
Waxing is suitable for pregnant women but may cause bruising.
It is normal that your skin turns red after waxing.
Caution: When in use the cartridge will be hot - Allow it to cool down before removing the cartridge from the device.
Use only Veet refills with this appliance. The 2 year guarantee won't be valid if the Veet device has been used with other wax refills than the Veet EasyWax™ refills.
The use of adapters, multiple sockets and/or extension cables is not permitted.

Not worth the pain
Me and my sister decided to try this however after leaving it to heat for 35mins it still didnt seem to do the job right, it did remove lots of hairs however also left alot behind and i also dont think you receive enough of the strips you apply to the wax as we ended up reusing some to try and remove more hairs.

Better than shaving!
I received this free from veet to try. I left the applicator 40 minutes to heat up. It was easy to apply, I needed hubby's help to rip the strips once applied as I haven't got much grip. The applicator managed both my lower legs and upper backs before it ran out. 2 weeks on I'm still hair free with only a little bit of stubble. I think this is so much easier than shaving every other day.

long and messy procedure
Received a free veet wax kit to trial. Found it took longer to heat the wax than the recommended time. As well, not enough strips provided to do the job. Overall, a long messy procedure. Better to buy ready to go wax strips than go through this long procedure

Silky smooth legs
I've never had a salon wax but have always been curious about home waxing kits so was really pleased to receive a kit free from Veet to test impartially. Recently I have just been using razors due to speed of use but in the past have used an epilator. On the matter of pain I personally found it much less painful than epilating with almost no pain just a bit of discomfort and certainly bearable. I am not sure I had read previous reviews and seen the comments about how long the wax took to heat up - the instructions say try heating for 20 minutes and then testing and so to avoid wasting any product I just left it to heat for 40 minutes and then when I tried I found it rolled out perfectly. The smell was not unpleasant but I can't understand why the wax has to be pink and some of the colour was hard to remove, especially around the knees. Hair was very easy to remove along the shins but around the calves was a little more tricky due to the hair growing a different direction and I had to contort slightly to pull the strips. My only other slight complaint would be the small number of strips which come with the kit. I used each more than once and the instructions said that the reverse could be used too but my fingers got too sticky when I tried this. All in all I thought it was a very good product and with practise will be effective and I will waste less of the wax.

Great for home waxing
I received one of these to review from Veet and was initially rather sceptical as I'd read several less than favourable reviews. I'm pleased to say that I found the system really easy to use, although it did take around 30 minutes to heat up properly. The wax glides on smoothly and the waxing strips are highly effective at removing hair. As a novice home waxer, I can honestly say it was pretty painless too. You are supplied with after wax wipes which are fantastic at removing sticky residue. All in all, I got great results and am happy to recommend.
