D/750W – 3½ mins.
E/850W – 3 mins.

Microwave ovens vay: refer to handbook.
Remove sleeve. Pierce film lid in several places. Place container on a microwaveable plate. Halfway through heating peel back film lid, stir, re-cover and continue heating for the remaining time. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving. Check food is piping hot, if not, re-cover and heat for a further brief period.
Oven Cook:

Electric (190ºC): 25 mins
Fan (170ºC): 25 mins
Gas (gas mark 5): 25 mins
Frozen:
Electric (190ºC): 35 mins
Fan (170ºC): 35 mins
Gas (gas mark 5): 35 mins.
Preheat oven. Remove sleeve. Pierce film lid in several places. Place container on a baking tray in centre of oven. Remove from oven on the tray and allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
Stir before serving. Do not reheat once cooled

A quick lunch
My husband gets one of these out of the freezer for lunch when other lunch dishes have run out. It helpfully gives cook from frozen times.

Disappointing
Great if you like peas!!! Nice sauce but but lacking in other veg.

Delicious!
Vegetables are cooked really well-not too soft and korma sauce is lovely. A perfect side dish to an Friday night Indian feast!
