Best white bread ever
This flour makes the best bread I've ever made. I use it for both white bread and substitute a third of the wholemeal in wholemeal recipes with this as it makes for a lighter textured wholegrain loaf. Highly recommended!

Best Flour you can buy
The super fine texture is great for Pasta as well as bread. It may be a bit more expensive but well worth the little extra. You will not be disapppinted.

Gluten Powerhouse
This high gluten flour is great for bread and pasta, particularly if you're wanting to use lower gluten flours in conjunction rye, spelt, wholemeal etc. I've found the Waitrose product particularly good, both in terms of quality and value.
