Do not mix with bleach or cleaning products.
Do not use on:
*Enamel baths.
*Inside plastic kettles.
*Gold Plated Taps.
*Marble or natural stones.
*Silver.
*Hot surfaces.

If in doubt, test on an inconspicuous area first.
Always rinse hands after use! Avoid prolonged contact.
For tough encrustations, let it act for a few minutes. Always rinse well. And there's no need to wipe dry!

Great on lime scale
Great product. I use it regularly on my toilet as we live in a hard water area. It's the only cleaner I found to remove the lime scale.

just OK
I wish Ocado sold something like Viakal which does not have that powerful perfume which has recently added to the product. It may be OK in the bathroom but it is certainly not suitable in the kitchen!

Awful
this stuff is certainly powerful but smells awful. Wear a mask! I now find the green products work as well without getting into the throat.

Essential
I'm never without a bottle of Viakal - I couldn't imagine cleaning my shower without it. I find this version is more user-friendly than the spray bottle - the spray kicks up a lot of unpleasant fumes. Agree with other review, a bigger bottle would be helpful.

NO WASTE - GREAT FOR HARD WATER LIMESCAL REMOVAL
I agree with another reviewer, who said the spray version gives off fumes. But I just put a smallish amount of this liquid on a damp cloth, and wipe it over the bath surface. Then rinse & wipe, so as not to put back MORE limescale deposits after I've cleaned!. Great product. And I like the perfume, but then, that's purely personal choice.
