Fan, 170°C for 15-20 mins
Gas, gas mark 5 for 15-20 mins
Preheat oven
Remove all packaging including the foil. Place on a baking tray in centre of oven
Stand for 5 minutes before serving

Best quiche

Delightful, light and very tasty filling. Pastry also light. This is the best quiche I have eaten. Will try other Waitrose quiches now!
