very refreshing

good for electrolytes, so I have this in the morning when I am all dehydrated. probably great for hangovers too! the taste is not for everyone, and it's not like you're drinking it straight from the coconut in the caribbean... but it's so much better for you than all those artificial vitamin waters and lucozades!

Best coconut drink ever

No added sugar. It's like drinking straight from a coconut which reminds me of childhood. Definitely the best coconut drink I've ever had. The only drawback is the price.

Great for making smoothies

Maybe a slightly acquired taste, but a great base for making fresh fruit smoothies - instead of milk or OJ. So refreshing and low cal.
