A mix of red peppers, yellow peppers, courgettes, aubergine, green peppers and onion in sunflower oil from our selected growers.

Storage
Keep frozen. 3 star/4 star freezer, until best before date. 2 star freezer, up to 1 month. 1 star freezer, up to 1 week.
Defrosting: Place required amount of product on a plate, defrost in a refrigerator for 11/2 hours.
Prepare & Use
For best results cook from frozen.
Oven cook (from frozen)
Electric (220ºC): 18-20 mins
Fan (200ºC): 18-20 mins
Gas (gas mark 7): 18-20 mins
Preheat oven. Spread vegetables over a lightly greased baking tray. Place in centre of oven and stir half way through cooking.
Fry (from frozen)
3-4 minutes
Heat 1 dessert spoon of oil in a frying pan, add vegetables and stir fry.
Add to quiches, Spanish omelettes, pizza toppings, ratatouille and soups for a delicious smoky flavour. Defrost or use from frozen

Best frozen vege ever!
I absolutely fall in love with this product! The vegetables are great either as grilled, or you can fry and add them to dishes! We add them to our Thai Green Curry prawn/chicken/whatever prepared with Cooks' Ingredients Spicy Thai Mix! Within minutes, you will have a dish that beats your local Thai restaurant! Highly recommended!

Fantastic Product
Love, love, love these grilled veggies. They are so easy to use, just pull out the amount you want from the freezer and fry them for a couple of minutes and you are good to go! Like to use them for pasta dish mixed with a tblsp of cream cheese. Or with pesto and cheese in a wrap. I buy these everyweek now!

Total absolute must have...
These are fantastic for quick healthy meals. I usually microwave them and add to pasta, or with a piece of grilled fish/meat. Really tasty and ready in five minutes with no preparation - I would give them six stars if I could - please don't stop supplying them!!

Should be in everyone's freezer!
So tasty, the best veg mix i ever bought! Can be used for stews, side dish, i even made a nice pie and it is absolutely fantastic as a soup. Just fry some garlic and onion in a small amount of olive oil, add this mix and water, cook for 5 min and then blend it! Return to the pot , add parsley or other herbs, season to taste and enjoy! Also excellent mixed with scrambled eggs or as a spicy potato and veg side dish. Love it!
