Remove lid. Lay the lid back onto the pot and place pot on a microwaveable plate. Stir halfway through heating time. Allow to stand for 2 minutes after heating. Check food is piping hot. If not heat for a further brief period.

Heat gently, stirring occasionally, until piping hot.
Stire before serving. Do not reheat once cooled

Lovely soup
A few months ago I started having soup for lunch on weekdays because Im watching what I eat this one is 10 WeightWatchers ProPoints! and its something easy to heat up in the office microwave. Ive found quite a few I like, but this one is the one I look forward to the most. Its filling and tastes great.

Always in my fridge
This soup is full of yummy stuff and is really filling. It's my current favourite soup and I always have a pot in the fridge ready for when I need a quick, satisfying meal.

Very Tasty
Lot's of big chunky chicken pieces which makes a refreshing change to small bits of shredded chicken in other soups. I don't understand how someone else was surprised to find sultanas in a Moroccan soup. Seriously?

Delicious and different
Really tasty - lots of chunky chicken, great textures, good range of flavours in a soup which is low fat - great to keep one in the fridge for chilly days.
