Keep refrigerated below 4°C. Once opened consume within 2 days. Cool any leftovers to room temperature, refrigerate within 2 hours and consume within 2 days. Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.
Prepare & Use
Preparation:
Wash all work surfaces, cutting boards, utensils and hands after touching raw poultry and meat.
Oven:
Electric - 200°C - 65 mins/kg + 20 mins
Fan - 180°C - 65 mins/kg + 20 mins
Gas - Gas 6 - 65 mins/kg + 20 mins.
Preheat oven.
Remove all packaging.
Place in a roasting dish, in an oven until thoroughly cooked, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.
If the breast browns too quickly cover with foil.
Stand for 10 minutes before carving.
Do not reheat once cooled.

Excellent value, delicious chicken!
Really, really good stuffed chicken, nice size for a weekday roast with veggies. The stuffing is full of flavour, couldn't do better myself!

Simples! Very easy, very tasty, very good value!
This is a lovely chicken, all seasoned and stuffed - a very tasty bird with very little effort. We have these fairly regularly as it saves such a faff for a roast dinner. We also get one of these for Christmas day dinner, for those who don't want goose, duck, tongue or ham!

Lovely roast!
I also bought this on the strength of other reviews, and was so pleased with it I am adding it to my weekly shop! With no effort on my part it cooked perfectly, with plenty for my family of four. I followed the cooking instructions to the letter, even though I thought 2 hours seemed quite a long time, but it was perfectly moist and cooked perfectly. I wouldn't usually bother stuffing a chicken for an everyday roast, so this is a great purchase.

It took over 3 hours to cook this bird. The recommended time was 2 hours 7 mins, however it was still pink inside!
