Freeze on day of purchase and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly and use within 24 hours. Once thawed do not refreeze.

Prepare & Use

Cooking instructions
All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Ensure the product is piping hot before serving. Two or more packs may require longer heating time.
Do not reheat.
The packaging may soften slightly on heating.
For best results heat from chilled in a conventional oven.

Microwave (from chilled)
D/750W: 3 mins, shake gently, 3 mins, stand 1 min.
E/850W: 3 mins, shake gently, 2 ½ mins, stand 1 min.
Remove sleeve & pierce film lid. Place on a baking tray. If using a microwave, place on a microwaveable plate. When removing film, do so carefully with scissors or sharp knife.
Unsuitable to microwave from frozen.

Oven Cook (from chilled)
Preheat oven to 190°C/Fan 170°C/375°F/Gas Mark 5
Cook for 25-30 mins.
Unsuitable to oven heat from frozen

Yummy!

I bought this with reservations but was pleasantly surprised by how tasty and satisfying it was. Obviously, it isn't as creamy and rich as the real thing but a great low calorie alternative. I'll definitely buy it again and again....

Great taste and texture

This is a great meal. It isn't hot at all which I love, but has that very thick texture of a korma, the rice is good too. For a WW meal this is actually the best I have tried, was not like a diet meal at all.

Rather one dimensional

I'm not a great Indian food fan but chicken tikka is usually ok. Although spicy this rather lacked a distinct flavour and the chicken (what there was of it) was rather chewy.
