Best nappy cream ever
This is the best nappy cream on the market. My son has always suffered from a red bottom (he's a little sensitive) even with changing his nappy straight away. We have tried every cream on the market. Even ones from the doctors which did help on a temporary basis but were not to be used for very long. Since using this cream we have never had a problem. If he came home from nursery sore, we'd pop on a little cream and by morning it would be gone. For extreme red soreness, try it for a few days. It does work and will never be sore again! We are now using it with our daughter. As a bottom shuffler and always sitting in her nappy this cream is fantastic. A little smear and her bottom stays perfect. A little (quite a bit) pricey but well worth the money and lasts a long time. Highly recommended. Don't waste your money on all the usual others (we have a cupboard full), I'm sure you will notice the difference.

miraculous healing properties
We were given a tube of this amazing cream when my daughter was born and I'd never use anything else. It cures nappy rash overnight - and you don't need much, so the ointment lasts for ages.

Fab
I use cloth nappies and barrier cream isn't suitable as it will coat and clog the fabric. I was recommended this and have found it brilliant at treating and preventing nappy rash.
