Best crumb mix for frying and toppings.
These crumbs freeze well and crisp up far better than the dry crumbs but they are rather course so I recommend putting them through the food processor.

Mouldy before sell-by date
These are very soft and sticky and were mouldy within days of going on the shelf. Recommend instead waitrose cooks ingredients breadcrumbs which are fantastic.

just opened these breadcrumbs well in date mixed with egg dipped my pork steak in YUK MOULD!!

makes life easy!
I nearly didn't buy these breadcrumbs because of the reviews about them going mouldy quickly but luckily I risked it. They were really great in the recipe and I would definitely buy them again. I just found an unopened packet at the back of the fridge a week after the use-by date and can report that they're not even mouldy yet!!

I use these regularly, use half and freeze the rest. I have never hard mould problems.
