Prepare & Use

Hob 20-25 mins
Place 40g of semolina and 25g of sugar into a saucepan, stir in 600ml of whole milk. Bring to the boil, stirring continuously, simmer slowly for 20 minutes

delish

Can't agree with other reviews that say it gives a lumpy semolina porridge. Just stir well for a few minutes, reduce to the lowest heat possible to bubble gently for the required time.

nice smooth semolina

my children reallly enjoy this semolina, once it thickens I add a bit of butter and then sprinkle cadbury chocolatte powder on top and a yummy tea is ready

What happened to the coarse version??

This used to be semolina as I know it, which has a bit of texture and bite to it when cooked. But then it suddenly changed, even though the name stayed the same. And now it's just like flour and has no texture whatsoever. Yuck! I want my proper semolina back...

perfect!

This semolina is perfect for pizza dough - replace 1/4 or wheat flour with semolina and you'll get the most delicious and crunchy pizza base!
