Prepare & Use
When buying Salmon allow about 200g per person.
Salmon is delicious when fried, grilled or baked.
Sauces such as honey and mustard, or dill and cream are excellent accompaniments for fried salmon. For baked salmon, wrap in foil, dot with butter, herb, salt and pepper, add a splash of wine and cook for approximately 15 minutes at 180°C.

Portion sizes confusing
When ordering 7 small pieces they just give you one big piece, meaning it can't be frozen. Makes no sense why they give you the options if they don't follow them! Basically the sizes they deliver are 'smaill, medium and large' but do not give sperate portions.

Good quality
Fairly priced and consistently good quality salmon. Unlike the packaged wild alaskan salmon sold by Ocado, this has always been delivered fresh.

Tasty
Ordered to medium fillets. They were large and juicy, enough for two adults and two preschoolers. It was amazing in a teriyaki marinade and baked for 20 minutes. Would love to buy again, alas it has run out.
