Our family has been making Cheddar in Somerset since the mid 1800s, and we still use our Grandmother Ivy Clothier's very own recipe. Today, we are the best-selling Farmhouse Cheddar producer in the UK. pleasant but nothing more...

Smooth and creamy texture with a nice flavour, but really not strong enough to taste like extra mature. Not enough flavour for my taste and no 'tang' or bite to it.

The perfect all purpose cheddar

I buy this almost every time I shop at Ocado. A really tasty, creamy cheddar that is cheap enough to cook with, but good enough for the cheese board

very mild cheddar

I was very disappointed in this cheese. It is supposed to be extra mature and vintage but tasted very run-of-the-mill medium flavour. I will not buy again.
