I've been making soups with fresh, seasonal vegetables since I was a child on my parents' farm. This one was inspired by the tender green spinach and sweet summer peas growing in my garden. I've added fresh mint and coriander and finished it with sour cream.
It's delicious chilled or hot.

Prepare & Use
Hob
Empty soup into a saucepan and heat gently for about 5 mins, stirring occasionally. Please don't boil.
Microwave
Remove lid completely and replace lightly. Cat D/750W for 5 mins. Cat E/850W for 4.5 mins. Stir halfway through heating. Allow to stand for a minute or two. Careful, it's hot

Delicious
Delicious. The portion is too much for one person but not very filling for 2 people, unless you eat it with lots of bread. Will buy it again tho. Yummy

Delicious
This will be a regular purchase from now on. Absolutely delicious. Well seasoned, good texture and you can really taste each ingredient. Yum.
