Fish is brilliant.
We love it, and we want Britain to love it too. As the country's biggest fish expert, we bring people more ways to enjoy fish more often. By freezing our fish we lock in the taste and nutrition. It's nature's way of preserving.
Did you know... our Wild Pink Salmon fillets are caught in the clear waters of the Pacific Ocean. For great new recipe ideas and inspiration from the Young's team of leading seafood chefs, make sure you visit our website.
What is responsibly sourced fish for life®

Healthiest choice
This is the best option if you want to choose a salmon that is the healthiest choice 1 the skin where lots of nutrition is left is still there to eat unlike all frozen alternatives 2 Its been frozen so there has been less chance for bacteria to of grown 3 studies have shown wild fish to be more nutritious than farmed 4 Nothing is added 5 In two years of eating this brand twice a week I have never found a bone Its a shame as this brand has slowly been declining in the place of own brands which are always farmed and skinned. Here and just 60 stores of co op now sell it.

Delicious
I love this salmon and have been eating and buying it for years. It's perfect health food, versatile and delicious. I have never looked at the cooking instructions but suggest cooking it either by frying in pan with very little fat, e.g. coconut oil, peanut or ghee, make it very hot, dry the salmon with kitchen towel, squeezing out thaw water, fry it for approx. 1 minute each side put lid on pan to stop splashing or towel dry, brush with little oil, grill under very hot grill for a minute or two on both sides and enjoy. It seems all the poor reviews are from people who are used to eating disgustingly fatty, slimy, farmed salmon. Btw, several friends were of the same poor opinion until I cooked it for them,as suggested above, and now they are converted.

Not even worth one star
At best can only be described as dog food, i made one for my son for dinner and he refused and he will eat anything, i then tried it. It was disgusting, i would classify as inedible. One star is to generous.

Saffron Salmon Soup
This sounds like a rather unusual soup, but the flavours merge beautifully; it also makes a perfect starter for a family Yom Tov meal. Saffron is derived from the flower of the saffron crocus. To produce 12g of dried saffron 1kg of flowers are needed, making saffron the most expensive spice in the world.

Fish? where are you?
Worst food purchase I have ever made... Ever! There doesn't appear to be any fish attached to the skin on this product. When cooked what little there is is rubbery and the skin doesn't peel away properly. Do not buy!!!
