Prepare & Use
Cooking Instructions:
Oven from frozen: Pre heat the oven, remove outer packaging and film lid. Place product on a baking tray in the centre of the oven for 45 minutes. For fan assisted ovens reduce cooking temperature/ time according to manufacturer's handbook.
Microwave from frozen: Remove outer packaging and film lid. Place product on a microwaveable plate. Cook in centre of the turn table for 10 minutes. Plate will become hot during cooking.

Not great
I don't usually buy ready meals but was tempted in by the offer. Having eaten it I remembered why I don't buy ready meals, it tasted quite synthetic and not much fish. A bit like fishy smash.

great if you are too tired to cook!
Being disabled I find this easy to cook, just add frozen peas and take 2 weeks off from preparing meals.Perfect!

Not a huge fan of fish - like this!
This is a very handy quick meal with a delicious sauce. I dont mind that people think there is not enough fish in it for me it is just right! I cook it in the combination microwave on 220 degrees and low microwave for 17 minutes - perfect.

Great Value!
At just over a quid, this provides a quick, simple and relatively healthy snack/meal for hungry teenage boys. Mine get through 2 or 3 each every week.

Handy for a quick lunch
Good value for money. It is not a phenomenal pie by any stretch of the imagination. When they are reduced to half price and stick a few in the freezer!
