Prepare & Use
Indoor Fires:
1. Pop 2 or 3 ZIP natural firelighters under your logs or kindling, use 3 or 4 for coal. (Use additional kindling for hard to light smokeless fuels).
2. Light the firelighter.
3. When the fire's taken, increase the draught.
Barbecues:
1. Pop 2 or 3 ZIP firelighters into your charcoal or briquettes.
2. Light the zip firelighter.
3. Allow coals to ash over evenly (20 mins)

Great product
We've been using this for a woodburner in our kitchen. No foul smells of keroscene since it's a natural product. Great value. Definately recommend it.

No smell and they work!
We use these for barbecuing (not at the moment obviously!) and for lighting our woodburner. They work really, really well and I love the fact that we can keep them in the house by the fire without the whole place stinking of lighter fuel. Recommended!

Dreadful
I forgot to order my usual wax and wood shaving lighters in time so knew I'd have a day or so without any. I decided to order these because of the reviews. I won't be making that mistake again. They never fully take off like regular lighters. The flame was low and dull. I needed 3 for our wood burner when 1 of my regulars is plenty. Save your money. Twist up some newspaper instead. Cheaper and just as disappointingly effective.
