This Waitrose meat is packed in flow wrap packaging which is made out of high quality material and developed especially for food use, this innovative packaging is robust yet lightweight.
The pack will contain a level of air to provide a cushion which protects the meat through transit. The height of the ‘pillow’ can vary from pack to pack due to natural variances. This has no adverse effect on the meat itself and you can still expect the same high quality Waitrose meat no matter the height of the dome.

Lovely when on a diet
This is a great product, it freezes the defrosts well and keeps its taste and texture. Its low in fat so ideal for slimming recipies such as spag bol - just add tinned tomatoes!

Packaging burst contaminating other items !!
I ordered this item and it burst in my shopping bag. Unfortunately Ocado does not seperate raw meats in their packing, which in itself is a health and safety issue. This leak contaminated everything in the grocery bag with raw meat juice - I have a small child and was pregnant at the time so very relieved I noticed the leak or could have been made very ill !

Nice when its not been burst by poor packing
Same as another review on here - packed poorly resulting in the pack being burst. This has happened 3 times now in a row so have given up ordering them. However, when they have arrived unscathed they have been good packets of mince!
