Brilliant substitute for sugar in baking
I use this all the time now and it really does have little impact on blood-sugar levels, ideal for diabetics. I have even successfully used it in meringues and macaroons. It would be even better if Ocado could stock the product in in 500g or even1kg bags.

Great low-carb bread substitute
With insulin-dependent diabetes in the family I am always on the lookout for carbohydrate and sugar substitutes that don't taste disgusting! These are as filling as bread but very low-carb.
