A fantastic quick breakfast to make for the whole family, to get the day off to a fabulously healthy start - and keep them going until lunchtime.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 800ml semi-skimmed milk, or according to personal preference of thickness
  • 2 bananas , mashed
  • 150g porridge oats
  • 1 drizzle honey

Method

Step 1

Start by pouring the milk into a pan, add the oats and cinnamon, and heat gently stir continuously all until the porridge starts to thicken and turn creamy.

Step 2

Take off the heat and add the bananas. Mix well and serve with a dash of honey. Sprinkle over the cinnamon according to taste.
