Bean & Feta Pasta Salad

This tasty pasta dish is just perfect for a quick light lunch.

Instructions

    Cook the pasta according to the pack instructions, adding the beans for the final 3 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water, then drain thoroughly.

    Halve the tomatoes and stir through along with the dressing. Crumble over the feta cheese and season with freshly ground black pepper.

  • 50g farfalle
  • 50g soya beans
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinaigrette dressing
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
