Chargrilled Tuna with Chilli and Lime

For a simple yet sensational main course, you can't go wrong with these Oriental-inspired tuna steaks.

    Rub the oil over the tuna steaks and place on the preheated grill. Cook for 5-6 minutes or according to preference, turning halfway through.

    Mix the remaining ingredients together and brush over the tuna steaks a couple of minutes before they are ready to come off the grill. Serve remaining sauce as an accompaniment, adding a tbsp or so of water if you so wish.

  • 1 Red Chillies
  • 1 Large Limes
  • 4 tbsp Coriander
  • 2 tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 4 Prime Tuna Steaks
  • 2 tbsp Blended Olive Oil
  • 8 tbsp Sweet Chilli Sauce
