Cuba Libre

One of the world's favourite cocktails dating from the late 1890's, celebrating when Cuba gained independence.  A simple, perfectly balanced mix of BACARDI Superior rum and Coca Cola, brought to life with a squeeze of fresh lime.  Contains 1.8 units of alcohol per serve.

Instructions

    Fill a tall glass with cubed ice.

    Pour over 50ml of BACARDI Superior rum.


  3. 3

    Squeeze and drop two wedges of lime (15ml) into the glass.


  4. 4

    Fill to the brim with cola.
