Instructions

    Mix Refried Beans with red onion, lime, coriander, Fajita Seasoning and Jalapenos. Spoon the beans into the bottom of a large glass bowl.

    Top the beans with layers of Guacamole, spring onions, Soured Cream, Salsa and olives, finishing with both cheeses. chill and serve with Discovery Tortilla Chips.

  • 415g Discovery refried beans
  • 1 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 lime, zested and juiced
  • 1 tsp Discovery fajita seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Discovery red jalepenos , chopped
  • 1 jar Discovery guacamole
  • 1 bunch spring onions , chopped
  • 1 bottle Discovery soured cream
  • 340g black olives , sliced and drained
  • 100g cheddar cheese , grated
  • 100g red leicester, grated
  • 350g tortilla chips
