Ingredients
- 8 strawberries
- 0.75 carton of pressed apple juice
- 2 blueberries
- 1 kiwi fruit
- 3 tbsp of natural yogurt
- 1 banana
Method
Step 1
Wash and peel the fruit then roughly chop and combine in a blender along with the chilled apple juice and yoghurt. Serve immediately.
