Fruit Smoothie

Smoothies make a healthy breakfast or snack, and are refreshing when the weather is warm.

Leftovers can be chilled in the refrigerator and enjoyed later, adding more ice if desired.

Instructions

    Place the banana, yogurt, and berry fruits in a blender or food processor. Pour in the juice and blend until smooth.


  2. 2

    To serve, divide the smoothie between 4 serving glasses.

  • 1 Banana, broken into pieces
  • 3 tbsp Plain Yogurt
  • 115g Mixed Berry Fruits, frozen
  • 600ml Pineapple Juice
