Ingredients

  • 2 slices Brown Bread
  • 8 Cup Mushrooms
  • 15g Butter
  • 1 tbsp Thyme
  • 3 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt
  • 1 pinch Ground Black Pepper

Method

Step 1

Slice some brown bread and lightly toast in a heated frying pan with no oil.

Step 2

Remove the bread, break and add the mushrooms to the pan with butter.

Step 3

Now add olive oil, sprinkles of thyme, salt and pepper - cook the mushrooms for 5-7 minutes.

Step 4

Pour the pan's contents onto the bread, quarter and drizzle with olive oil.
