Spaghetti with meatballs and asparagus

Ingredients

  • 1 jar mediterranean vegetable sauce
  • 500g spaghetti
  • 1 bunch asparagus, chopped into 4cm batons
  • 25g butter
  • 2 tbsp sage, chopped
  • 2 tsp Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 600g meatballs
  • 2 tbsps vegetable oil

Method

Step 1

Add the meatballs to a hot medium sized frying pan with the vegetable oil.

Step 2

Add the chopped garlic and sage followed by the asparagus and stir for 5 minutes.

Step 3

Next add a little bit of butter and add the Seeds of Change Mediterranean Vegetable sauce.

Step 4

Cover and simmer gently for 15 minutes until the meatballs are cooked through.

Step 5

Meanwhile, cook the Seeds of Change Spaghetti in boiling water until al dente, drain and mix with the sauce.

Step 6

Plate and serve with grated parmesan.
