Ingredients
- 1 quarter pound beef burger
- 2 slices grilled red pepper, drained of any oil
- 1 disc goat's cheese , around 2cm thick
- 1 vine tomato, sliced
- 2 slices red onion
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 ciabatta bun
Method
Step 1
Grill the quarterpounder for around 5-6 minutes on each side for medium, and 8-9 minutes for well done.
Step 2
Slice the ciabatta roll in half and place the burge on one side. Top with grilled red pepper, tangy goat's cheese, a sliced of fresh tomato, sweet red onion and a dollop of mayonnaise.
