Instructions

    Mix all the ingredients and cook them in a heavy saucepan over a medium heat until it starts to thicken.


  2. 2

    Lower the heat and continue cooking it turns a caramel colour. Keep stirring whilst it is cooking.


  3. 3

    Serve with ice cream or chopped fruit. Delicious!
