Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions for 3 minutes.

Add the sliced garlic and fry for a further 2 minutes.

Add the Patak's Balti Paste and fry for 2 minutes, then add the chicken and fry for 3 minutes to seal the meat.

Add the chopped tomatoes, 100ml of water and single cream, bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.

Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with rice and naan breads.

- 50ml single cream
