Smoked Salmon Pasta

Delicious smoked salmon pasta served with creamy Hellmann's mayonnaise and caper sauce.


Instructions

    Mix the mayonnaise with the capers and the chopped dill.

    Slice the smoked salmon and add to the sauce.


  3. 3

    Cook the pasta, drain, add the sauce and stir well.


  4. 4

    Add a pinch of pepper and the Parmesan on top, and serve with green salad and sliced tomatoes. To increase your fibre intake use wholegrain pasta.

  • 300g pasta , such as spaghetti or linguine
  • 7 tbsp Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
  • 200g smoked salmon
  • 100g low fat yogurt
  • 15g capers
  • 10g Parmesan
  • 1 tbsp dill , chopped
