Cook the potatoes according to pack instructions.

Whil the potatoes are cooking, mix together the dairy ingredients and then fold in the rest of the ingredients. Once the potatoes are cooked, empty them into a bowl and toss together with the sauce.

- 1 pack Ocado Baby Potatoes, 360g
- 1 tbsp creamy soft cheese
- 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 30g hot smoked salmon
- 20g red onion , finely sliced
- 1 tbsp dill , coarsley chopped
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- 1 squeeze lemon
